Easy Form is unique to DocVerify as it allows signers to quickly fill out the form fields embedded in your document from one place at the time of signing. It brings the best of both worlds together by combining a form builder and your signature documents, which allows signers to fill in the data needed without much effort.

InstaForm^™

Have you ever wanted to have a link on your web site or have a link in an email where a person can click, fill out the information, and sign it? With InstaForm you can. InstaForm allows you to link your DocVerify Library documents any where you want on your website or even your emails. OneSign™

With DocVerify's OneSign, all signers will receive the e-signature requests at once without having to wait for the previous signer to sign the document first before being notified. It's great for petition type documents or documents where you want all parties to sign the same document simultaneously.

ID Verification

In some cases, the identity of the signer needs to be verified. By utilizing knowledge based authentication or KBA, we use third party services to help with the signer's identification by accessing information that only they should know.

Packets - Multiple Documents

DocVerify Packets work much the same way as a Fedex or UPS packet. When you create a request for signers to sign, you may have multiple documents such as a loan origination form, power of attorney, consent forms, etc., all of which must be signed at the same time. DocVerify makes this easy by allowing you to select all the files you need to be included in a Packet for signers to sign in one easy step.

One Click Sign

DocVerify makes it very easy for signers to sign documents with one click signing.
