We have eight users (originators)?
Each user or originator that will be sending documents for signatures is required to have their own license. In this case you will need to purchase eight (8) licenses, and the edition will depend on which features you will need or how many documents they will be sending total per month as a group. Please also keep in mind that each license also comes with a certain number of documents per month, so if they exceed the monthly allotment more licenses may have to be purchased.
I'm a small shop or individual doing less than 10 signature documents per month
One Professional edition license is a good start. In the event you start doing more per month you can always add more licenses as needed or upgrade to the next edition to get more signature documents per month. For example, if the following months you need 20 documents per month, by simply adding another license you will now get 20 per month.
We need five users, and will do approximately 100 documents per month
Each DocVerify license is valid for either one user (originator) and/or a certain number per month depending on the edition. In this case, five (5) Business edition licenses is what you need. We recommend selecting the prepaid annual editions to save even more. In the event, you need the features that come with the Enterprise edition, you will still need to purchase five (5) Enterprise licenses.
We want people to be able to sign documents directly from our own site or applications
The Enterprise editions includes a system called
Easy Sign
add-on that enable you to easily add the DocVerify system directly onto your own portal through an IFrame. Each Enterprise license comes with thirty documents per month, and if for example you need 90 documents per month then in this case you will need to purchase three (3) Enterprise licenses. There are no set up fees. We also offer high volume discounts, so please contact sales for more information.
We want access to your API's through our website or apps
The Enterprise editions have full access to the
API's
. Each Enterprise license comes with thirty documents per month, and if for example you need 90 documents per month then in this case you will need to purchase three (3) Enterprise licenses. There are no set up fees for the API's. We also offer high volume discounts, so please contact sales for more information.
We want to use your API's, and we want users to designate signature locations too
The Enterprise editions includes a system called
Remote Signature Placement
add-on that enable you to easily add the DocVerify system directly onto your own portal through an IFrame. After the document has been uploaded through the
API
, you can then open an IFrame in your website or application allowing the user to drag and drop elements before sending it to be signed. Each Enterprise license comes with thirty documents per month, and if for example you need 90 documents per month then in this case you will need to purchase three (3) Enterprise licenses. There are no set up fees. We also offer high volume discounts, so please contact sales for more information.
We have over 20 users (originators)
If your organization has a lot of users sending documents to be signed, at some point it no longer makes sense to buy a license for each user. The Enterprise Group edition will allows for unlimited users allowing you to add as many users as your organization needs, and you basically pay for document credits. Please refer to the
pricing page
for more information.
I'm a commissioned notary public
One Professional edition license is usually what most notaries start with for common electronic notarizations, and in the event you start needing more notarization documents per month you can always add more licenses or upgrade to the next edition. If your state allows you to perform remote notarizations, and you plan on providing this service to your clients you will need to purchase the Enterprise edition. Visit the
E-Notary Community
for more information.
Why does my edition not allow certain features?
DocVerify is always improving the system by adding features or add-ons. In many cases, the editions have changed, and you may be on a grandfathered edition. To access new features or add-on you will need to upgrade to the most current editions. Please refer to the
pricing page
for more information about what each edition includes.
