Users are those that will originate documents to be sent for signature or simply uploading/adding documents. Your signers don't need to be DocVerify users or have a DocVerify account. The Pro and Business editions only allow up to 10 users to be added, and if more than 10 users are needed, then you must upgrade to the Enterprise edition. Each user must also have their own purchased license, and for example if there are two users then two licenses are required to be purchased.Each license also comes with a certain number of credits per month depending on the edition type: Professional (10), Business (20), Enterprise (32). If you need more users and/or more credits per month you simply add more licenses or upgrade to the next edition.

By default, only the notarial act portion of the transaction is recorded, but for certain notarial acts the entire session may need to be recorded. For an additional fee, full recording can be enabled for remote notary transactions.
Some states allow their commissioned notaries to perform remote web cam based notarizations; however, in most cases if the participant is not known ID verification must be done. DocVerify provides this additional service, and additional fees do apply for each verification attempt or request.
In addition to the ID verification process, the DocVerify system can also capture each signer's driver's license front, and back as well as capture a live face pic of the person to match to the license through facial recognition. Additional fees may apply.
